This Privacy Policy (hereinafter – the “Privacy Policy”) has been prepared in accordance with Part 2 of Article 18.1 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data”, Clause 35 of the Personal Data Processing Policy of Trimsk LLC, and governs the processing of personal information between the User of the website https://trimsk.ru/ (hereinafter – the “Website”) and Trimsk LLC (OGRN 1247700417777, INN 9709111860, KPP 770901001, registered address: 105064, Moscow, Basmanny Municipal District, Yakovoapostolsky Lane, 17, Premises 1/P; hereinafter – the “Website Administration”).
By using the Website, the User unconditionally accepts this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing of their personal information contained herein. If the User does not agree with these terms, they must refrain from using the Website.

2. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing Personal Information2.1.
The Website Administration collects and stores only the personal information necessary to provide the Website’s services or fulfill agreements and/or contracts with the User, except where the law requires mandatory retention of personal information for a specified period.

3. Conditions of Processing Personal Information3.1.
The Website Administration stores and processes Users’ personal information in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Policy of Trimsk LLC.
3.2.
The confidentiality of the User’s personal information is maintained, except in cases where the User voluntarily makes such information publicly available.
3.3. Personal information may be transferred to third parties in the following cases:

• 3.3.1. the User has expressly consented to such transfer;
• 3.3.2. the transfer is necessary for the User to access certain services or fulfill an agreement or contract with the User;
• 3.3.3. the transfer is required by law in accordance with established procedures.

3.4.
The User’s personal data may be processed for up to 10 years from the date of collection through the following actions: collection, recording, systematization, storage, updating, modification, extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data, including through automated systems or without automation.
After the purpose of processing is achieved, the Website Administration shall terminate processing and destroy the personal data within 30 days unless otherwise required by law or agreement with the User.

In the event of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Website Administration shall notify the User.

4. Obligations of the Parties4.1. The User undertakes to:

4.2. The Website Administration undertakes to:

• ensure the confidentiality of personal information;
• take measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access;
• block personal data upon request from the User or authorized authorities during verification of inaccurate or unlawful data processing.

5. Liability of the Parties5.1.
The Website Administration, failing to fulfill its obligations, is liable for losses incurred by the User as a result of unlawful use of personal data in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.
5.2.
The Website Administration is not liable for loss or disclosure of personal information if such information:

• 5.2.1. became publicly available prior to its loss or disclosure;
• 5.2.2. was obtained from a third party prior to its receipt by the Website Administration;
• 5.2.3. was disclosed with the User’s consent.

6. Dispute Resolution

• Pre-trial (claim) settlement is mandatory before initiating legal proceedings.
• The recipient of the claim shall respond within 30 calendar days.
• If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be resolved in court in accordance with Russian law.
• Russian law applies to this Privacy Policy and relations between the User and the Website Administration.

7. Additional Provisions

• The Website Administration may amend this Privacy Policy without the User’s consent.
• The updated Policy takes effect upon publication on the Website unless otherwise stated.
